Insurance - "Additional Insured"

Contact your insurance provider to inform them that your property will now be a rental. Ensure you add HALO Realty, LLC as "additional insured" in accordance with our management agreement. We require owners to maintain a minimum General Liability coverage of $500,000.

Update Your Billing & Mailing Addresses

To ensure your property expenses are managed seamlessly, please update the mailing address for any recurring bills you would like HALO Realty to pay on your behalf (such as utilities, HOA dues, or property taxes). Please direct all statements to our Hendersonville office:
