Utility Setup and Concierge Service

Resident Responsibility
Under your lease agreement, residents are responsible for ensuring that all required utility services are active and sufficient for their use at the property.
Utility Concierge Service
The Landlord may offer concierge assistance with utility, cable, internet, and other service activations for the Tenant’s convenience. Tenants may also establish these services independently if preferred. Tenants remain responsible for complying with all applicable HOA or association rules, lease restrictions, and property guidelines related to utilities and services.
Mailbox Keys
Mailbox keys must be obtained through the local Post Office. Residents are responsible for completing their change of address and arranging for any new mailbox key directly with the Post Office.
Prior to Move-In
- Make sure all required utilities are transferred into your name before move-in.
- Be sure you understand how to obtain your mailbox key before taking possession of the property.
